What Should Be Done About The Obesity Rate In America?

Author: What do you think should be done about the obesity rate in America? I currently Live in San Antonio TX the #2 fattest city in America. I think its because of all the fast food places available. It is one of many factors but I think its a big one. What do you all think can be done about this?
How Do You Know When Your Children Are Suffering From Obesity?
Hopefully the Dr. will tell you before it is to late. When my daughter was 3 her Dr. told me she was slightly over weight for her age. He said it was not time to diet, but time to watch out. So I evaluated how much time she was watching TV, actively playing, and how much she was eating. Turns out she was eating out of boredom and I was letting her. From then on, I fed her on a schedule. Which I still do 6 years later. She can eat however much she wants during these times, but that is it. She is now very healthy and her weight is perfect!
What Do You Think About The Fact That The Obesity Epidemic Costs $1.47 Billion A Year In Health Care?
More people need to shut their pie holes and exercise more…
What Other Complications/diseases Does Obesity Lead To?
Also, can anyone get me a good, reliable link on how obesity impacts your health? What other problems does it cause, eg. diabetes? And how does it cause these? Thanks for any help!

How To Reduce Obesity Through Yoga?
I need to reduce my waist by 4 inches as per doctor advise .
I am presently walking for 20 minutes daily & doing pranayams for 20 minutes daily . But weight & waist have not reduced from last 1 year . pls, advise.
