I’m 17, 5′5″, and 180lbs. My calculated ideal body weight is 130lbs. I’m not looking to be skinny i like some curves so what is a healthy goal for the New Year? Thats about 5 and a half months from now.

I’m 14, about 5′2″ to 5′3″..i want to know the healthy weight range because i currently weigh like 150(haven’t been weighed in lik 6 months so idk exactly), but anyway, I’m trying to lose weight and I want to know what a healthy weight goal is.

Do you think that your tax money should pay for Gastro-Bipass surgeries or others aimed at the overweight? Are people getting fatter in the US and if so, Why do you think that is?

What do you think should be done about the obesity rate in America? I currently Live in San Antonio TX the #2 fattest city in America. I think its because of all the fast food places available. It is one of many factors but I think its a big one. What do you all think can be done about this?

i work out from 2 hours a day id just like to know what foods to eat if i wanted to lose weight. like, whats healthy? veges grilled chicken and fish….any ideas?

Many children are overweight and the US HAS to do something about it.

I am getting closer to my doctor’s appointement and am scared of what he is going to tell me because i haven’t seen him in over 1 year and am just over of being obese. What can i do?
